Reservations: Summer reservations made before April 1st must be for 4 days or more. Shorter stays are accepted after April 1st with a three (3) day minimum required for June, July, holidays, spring break and certain weekends.

Deposit: Must be made in the form of check, cashiers check, or money order. A deposit of 1/2 the number of days in your reservation is required.

Payment: Balance due upon arrival for all days reserved. Personal checks (direct deposit) are accepted for balance due upon arrival. Cash, travelers check, Visa MasterCard may also be used. Credit cards must be in the name of the user.

Refunds: This is a very seasonal business that necessitates a firm cancellation policy. We cannot adjust rates for family emergencies, late arrivals, early departures, or weather conditions. No refunds for early departure, or to those not conforming to the rules of good conduct and safety.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival date. A cancellation fee of 25% of deposit is applied if reservation is cancelled. Summer reservations may not be shortened from original reservation.

Loss of deposit: To those who fail to cancel 15 days prior to arrival date (unless re-rented); if re-rented, 50% of deposit will be refunded. "No shows" by 8:00 p.m. (unless notification of late arrival is made to management).

No refunds: For early departure, or those expelled for not respecting rules and regulations of 4J

1. All vehicles and visitors MUST STOP AT OFFICE for a pass. A visitor fee is required. If staying less than 30 minutes, your fee will be returned. All registered guests will be responsible for "their" guests' behavior. Visitors may not use shower facilities.

2. Quiet must be maintained near sites and cabins between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

3. No visitors before 8:00 a.m. Evening visitors must obtain a pass before 8:00 p.m. and leave before 10:30 p.m. No pass given after office hrs.

4. No rinsing or washing vehicles for any reason.

5. No glass containers allowed at river.

6. Pets on a leash always. See Cabin/R.V. rules for information on pets.

7. MOTORCYCLES. MINI-BIKES. ETC.: Must be driven on designated roads only. Due to liability insurance, no four wheelers, golf carts, etc. allowed in camp.

8. No firearms of any type, including BB guns, air guns, etc... on 4J property (excluding Hunters) Loud music or noise, profanity, and public intoxication are prohibited.

9. FIREWOOD brought on premises must be cut in short lengths. No cutting or breaking of any tree limbs. Ask management to assist if there's a problem. Wood and charcoal are available at the office. All fires must be kept small.

10. *No fireworks! *Do not abuse plants, trees, flowers, etc. on property. No clothes lines tied to trees.

11. No gathering of groups allowed on 4J property except for registered guests of 4J River Way.

12. We will not be responsible for accidents or for the safety of your belonging.

13. Obey 5 miles per hour speed limit. We cater to family groups.

CABINS

1. No more registered guests than cabin will sleep. Cabin sizes vary.

2. Please keep your cabin locked when not in use. You may drop your keys off at office while floating. (There will a charge for lost keys).

3. Do not borrow neighbors' picnic table unless they are part of your party. Return before departure.

4. Vehicles of registered persons only at cabin (2 vehicles only). Extra vehicles and vehicles of visitors must be parked at front parking area. (There is a daily parking fee).

5. No RV's or tents allowed in cabin area.

6. No pets in cabin area during peak season (May-September). At other times pets (15 lbs. or less) are welcome.

7. Trash should be placed in dumpster in cabin area upon departure.

8. Campfires: one community camp fire in the river bank cabins area.

9. Minors must be registered and accompanied by a responsible adult in each cabin.

10. Notice to groups: any group reserving cabins/RV sites are responsible for payment for all reservations upon arrival. When sharing meals, each party must return all dishes, utensils, picnic tables, etc. to proper place, cabin or area. A clean-up/sorting deposit will be applied upon arrival (cash only) for each cabin. It will be refunded in full upon departure if cabins are left reasonably clean, dishes/flatware are sorted and returned to proper cabin, trash is placed in dumpster, and yards are free of trash or litter.

RV Park

1. Only one picnic table and barbecue grill provided per campsite. DO NOT remove tables from other campsites.

2. No more than six (6) persons per site regardless of age. No exceptions!

3. One vehicle with RV per site. Second vehicle must park in designated parking area. (There is a daily parking fee).

4. Do not park vehicles in vacant RV site. It slows arriving RV's from parking immediately.

5. Do not hook hoses, electrical cords, etc. at any site other than your own. You will be charged extra.

6. It is important that you check-out on time. We do not have a holding area for the new arrivals. Late fee applied.

7. Do not pour cooking oils on ground. There is a barrel provided behind the store for oil.

8. Dumpster provided for trash in RV area for RV's and RV area cabins.

9. Camp fires in community camp fire area only. NO FIRES ON GROUND IN RV SPACES!

10. RV sewer hose seal is required on each hookup.

11. Sorry, no tents please!

12. Pets 30 lbs. or less are welcome with your R.V. No Pets in cabins during peak season.

TO ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS

Gate operated by remote control. A deposit is required and will be refunded upon departure with the return of the control.

1. Late vehicles must be parked at front parking area. Late arrivals joining members of their party that are already registered, must notify management in advance. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

2. FOOT TRAFFIC ONLY - inside camp after 11:30 P.M. Driving inside the camp late at night disturbs other guests.

3. NO loitering around store, gates, or bath house.

4. Parents must not allow children to roam in camp after 11:30 P.M.

5. Due to underground lines, septic systems, etc... we ask that you do not drive or park in any area except designated roads & parking areas.

SWIM OR DIVE AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO LIFE-GUARD ON DUTY.
